Base Rates drills the key latency, throughput and cost numbers used in back-of-the-envelope systems estimates (in the spirit of 'numbers everyone should know'), using spaced repetition so they actually stick and you can reason about performance and cost from memory.

It targets engineers and systems thinkers who want to internalize the napkin-math constants rather than looking them up every time.
